Pricing & Payment Policy

All subscription fees for FYND services (“Services”) are set forth on our website and are subject to change at FYND’s discretion.

-- Entrepreneurs Circle (EC) Members --

EC members are entitled to a preferential subscription rate of £20 per month.

This preferential rate is valid for the duration of continuous subscription.

If an EC member cancels their subscription and subsequently re-subscribes, the subscription will be charged at the then-current standard subscription rate applicable to non-EC members.

FYND reserves the right to amend its pricing at any time. Any changes to standard pricing will be communicated to subscribers with a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the new pricing taking effect.

Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance by credit or debit card or any other payment method supported by FYND.

Payments are processed securely, and all subscriptions are set to automatically renew on the same day each month until cancelled by the subscriber.

In the event of a failed payment, FYND will attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment remains outstanding after multiple attempts, FYND reserves the right to suspend access to the Services until the outstanding balance is settled.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via their online account portal or by contacting FYND support.

Upon cancellation, subscribers will retain full access to the Services until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription will not renew and access will be terminated.

No partial refunds or pro-rata reimbursements will be issued for cancellations occurring mid-billing cycle.

Subscribers agree to use FYND Services in accordance with applicable laws and in a manner consistent with fair usage standards.

FYND reserves the right to review and suspend any account found to be engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or excessive use of the Services.
