Zapier Integration (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector)
Zapier Integration (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector)
This guide shows how to set up the Zapier flow that triggers a FYND security scan when a lead moves to a specific stage in GoHighLevel.
1) Install the FYND Zapier Template
FYND provides a ready-made Zapier template, so you can set this up quickly.
Template link: https://www.fyndcyber.com/integrations/#integrations-zapier
Open the template and follow Zapier’s setup steps.
2) Connect GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) to Zapier
Zapier will ask you to connect your GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) account so it can read your pipelines and leads.
After connecting, choose:
- The pipeline you want to track (example: Default Pipeline)
- The stage that should trigger the scan (example: New Lead)
This is what controls when the scan will run.
3) Set up the FYND step (Trigger Security Scan)
The next step is the FYND action that triggers the scan.
Add your FYND API Key
Zapier will ask you for a FYND API Key.
If you need a quick refresher on where to create one, the Partner Portal guide is here: https://www.fyndcyber.com/guides/partner-portal-documentation/#api-keys
Map the required fields
FYND requires only:
- Domain (usually mapped from the GoHighLevel “Website” field)
- Email (mapped from the GoHighLevel “Email” field)
These optional fields can also be mapped if you want:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Phone
Optional fields help keep your records cleaner in the Partner Portal, but the scan works fine without them.
4) Test and turn it on
Run Zapier’s test to make sure:
- The trigger fires when a lead moves stage
- The FYND step receives Domain and Email correctly
Then publish the Zap.
5) What happens after it is live
Once active, the flow is automatic:
- A lead moves to your chosen stage in GoHighLevel
- Zapier detects it
- FYND receives the lead data
- FYND starts the scan
6) Where to see the scans in FYND
After Zapier triggers a scan, you can see it in the Partner Portal:
- Scans page
- Recent Activity on the main dashboard
